Booking

1. Booking Deposit:

   1. To secure my photography services for the date and time of your event or project, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed package price is required.

2. Payment Terms

   1. Payments can be made via PayNow and Bank Transfer. Details will be provided in the invoice or separately on a payment detail sheet.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   1. Please note that rescheduling is subject to my availability for the requested date and time. In the event that there are no availabilities, the cancellation and refund policy will apply.

   2. In the event of client cancellation, the refundable portion of any payment (deposit or full payment) is subject to adjustment based on the proximity to the photoshoot date:

   3. Cancellation 28 days or more in advance: Full refund

   4. Cancellation within 27 - 14 days: 50% refund

   5. Cancellation within 13 - 7 days: 20% refund

   6. Cancellation within 6 days to the booking date: No refund

4. Project/Event Details

   1. The client is responsible for providing accurate project or event details, including date, time, and venue address.

   2. Any changes to these details must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

Photography Process

1. Photographer's Responsibilities:

   1. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture and deliver high-quality images for the event or project.

   2. The photographer is not responsible for missed photo opportunities due to factors beyond their control, such as guest interference, weather conditions, or schedule delays.

Image Delivery and Usage

1. Image Delivery:

   1. Edited high-resolution images will typically be delivered within a week following the event, with a maximum delivery time of 28 days.

      • The Editing process includes adjustments for: exposure, white balance, tones, crop, sharpening, noise removal, texture enhancement, and minor perspective corrections.

   2. For those looking to quickly share images on social media, expedited edits can be requested for an extra fee.

   3. The quantity of delivered images may vary depending on the specific photography services enlisted.

   4. Retouching services are available at an additional cost.

   5. Images will be typically delivered via a download link via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

2. Copyright

   1. The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Requests for unedited or RAW photos

   1. Please note that unedited photos does not completely reflect the final polished appearance of my work.

   2. In order to address potential concerns about the impact on my business as well as the extra effort to prepare and deliver the unedited files, a nominal fee will be introduced.

   3. The rates for releasing my unedited works will be based on the specific requirements of the project.

Liability

1. Force Majeure

   1. In an event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or illness, the photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. In such cases, all efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement photographer or to refund the client's deposit.
